Returns
We do NOT offer refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL due to the very limited inventory stock. In the result that we have made a mistake on an order store credit will be issued. Store credit must first be authorized after reviewing the details of the order. Contact customer service at nonchalantonline@gmail.com to have your order reviewed for store credit eligibility. Please do not ship items back with any intentions of a refund, orders will not be shipped back unless paid for by the sender. Please do not send any orders made for store credit without being authorized to do so. ITEMS ON SALE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT
Exchanges
An request for a exchange must be made within 48 hours after receiving order. IF approved, all exchanges must be made within 7 days. Items must be in its original condition (unworn with all labels attached). Exchanges can only be made for same product in different color or size. Exchanges are subject to available inventory.
NO EXCHANGES ON ITEMS ON SALE
If there is any evidence of damage or wear to the item the request for an exchange or store credit will be denied.
